Job Description

Overall in charge of operations –sales, purchases and admin matters.

Oversee day-to-day operation of entire farm.

Manage farm safety, health and environment issues

Provide guidance, mentoring and motivation to staff in carrying out their roles and responsibilities which include delegation of works, setting team goals and review results.

Ensure that all operations are carried out in a correct, cost effective, and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.

Improve operational system and processes.

Purchase goods, plan inventory.
Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Minimum 3 years work experience required.

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Agriculture/Plantation, Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.

Excellent verbal, written skills.

Agriculture experience an advantage

Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management,
