Job Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related ϐield is required for this position
  • Age range is below 40 years old 
  • Must be detailed oriented and knowledgeable about Renewable Energy (Solar Background)
  • Applicants with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) knowledge and experience are preferred 
  • Must be able to write and speak Chinese (need communicate with China technician) 
 
Job Responsibilities 
  • Company annual budgeting and analysis 
  • Overseeing daily operations in the project department, build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation 
  • Lead projects from requirements deϐinition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation 
  • Directing and coordinating all projects activities locally and regionally to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget 
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction 
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients on Solar C&I market segment, proposing and implementing the complete marketing, commercial strategy and the related business plan to develop business 
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget 
  • Assist in the deϐinition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility 
  • Initiate and drive technical, ϐinancial and legal discussions, to establish Solar C&I energy supply proposals and to secure renewable solar energy supply proϐitable contracts with customers
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project management, developing detailed project plans that schedule key project milestones, work processes and activities. 
  • Represent the Company for all Solar C&I projects, both small scale and larger scale (Solar Farm Project) developments for the variety of business models offered by the company 
  • Evaluating and track project performance, speciϐically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals to identify areas for improvement 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
