Job Responsibilities:
- Introduce new products to the market and promote the Company's existing products.
- Maintaining existing partnerships and establishing new business opportunities to maximize sales.
- Provide suggestions for improving the marketing efforts of the company.
- Develop marketing opportunities through trade shows and conferences on a local and international scale.
- Close deals, negotiate commercial terms and prepare quotations.
- Assist R&D with new product development requirements to capture new markets (different segments, markets, target groups).
- Implement promotional strategies and sales tactics to achieve territorial sales and growth targets.
- Manage the sales lifecycle process, ensuring that sales targets are met (orders booked, revenue met, and profit).
- Assist with the whole process of product qualification by our customers, including technical product qualification, prototype evaluation, batch order qualification, and order implementation.
- Updating and maintaining customer records in CRM (Salesforce).
- Completing any additional assignments as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in Semiconductors /PCB/SMT industry.
- Able to travel domestically in Malaysia for business extensively.
