Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by managing existing customers and actively seeking new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and complete tasks with timely reporting.
Participate in weekly meetings and monthly meetings at KL office (Penang staff travel required).
Maintain strong customer relationships across OEM and Aftermarket segments (factories, dealers, distributors, workshops, hardware shops).
Adapt to evolving sales strategies and contribute to company revenue through proactive engagement.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder.
1–2 years of experience in sales (fresh graduates will be considered).
Own a car and willing to travel/outstation as needed.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
