Finance Manager
A newly start-up service hub in Bayan Lepas is looking for a finance manager to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to oversee financial activities within organization.
Main responsibilities of the Finance Manager role
- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investments.
- Oversee financial operations including accounting functions and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
5-10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles. - Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Leadership and management abilities to lead a team effectively.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
