Finance Manager (Production Cost Control)
A rapidly expanding MNC in Bayan Lepas is seeking a Finance Manager (Production Cost Control) to join their team. In this role, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of production operations.

Main responsibilities of the Finance Manager (Production Cost Control) role

• Preparing yearly & monthly budget plans, weekly expense reports versus monthly budget plans, and cost analysis.
• Continuously plan to improve the work environment, methods, effectiveness & resource utilization and critically review and monitor operating results.
• To ensure Production operates at the maximum output at a minimum cost through the effective utilization of resources.
• Assure achievement of management and manufacturing objectives through the proper selection, development, training, and motivation of subordinates.
• To prepare the past one-year actual operation cost and prepare next year's budget.

 

Key requirements 

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in management, Finance or equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 year’s experience with 3 years in a managerial role
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in cost control management and statistical analysis
