Key Responsibilities:
Technology & R&D Leadership
Define and drive the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
Oversee all R&D initiatives, ensuring innovation, efficiency, and alignment with market needs.
Foster a culture of technical excellence, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Marketing Oversight
Collaborate with marketing leadership to position the company as a market leader.
Ensure product-market fit through close alignment between R&D and marketing strategies.
Guide branding, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions.
Support customer engagement and feedback loops to inform product development.
Corporate Strategy
Lead strategic planning and execution to drive sustainable growth.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business models.
Work closely with the CEO and executive team to align technology and business strategy.
Represent the company in high-level industry forums, partnerships, and investor meetings.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, ideally in automation, robotics, or industrial systems.
Strong track record in leading cross-functional teams across R&D, marketing, and strategy.
Deep understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of product development.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
