One of our clients from Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain industry looking for HR Executive talent based in Kuala Lumpur. As HR executive you will oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions, ensuring seamless operations and fostering a culture of engagement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate communication between various departments to streamline processes.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to cultivate a capable and motivated workforce.
Manage all aspects of HR including recruitment, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
Issue all HR-related documentation and maintain accurate employee records in the HR system.
Oversee daily HR operations and generate comprehensive HR statistics reports for management review.
Handle any ad-hoc tasks delegated by superiors or management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Degree in relevant field with relevant experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our Perlis office (once a year).
- Detail-oriented and responsive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR2000 cloud-based system is advantageous.
- Preference for female candidates who are fluent in Chinese.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being friendly and team oriented.
