A rapidly growing MNC manufacturing in Kulim is looking for a HR Generalist to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to involved in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Safety, Health, and Environment practices.
Main responsibilities of the HR Generalist role
- Degree in any field
- Proficient in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Safety, Health, and Environment practices,
- Familiar with ISO systems, requirements, and documentation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949),
- Oversee Information Technology and Security operations (Hardware and Software)
- fostering engagement with government departments
- Active in the management of contract agreements.
Key requirements
- At least 7-10 years in in generalist role
- Proficiency in English
- Good in MS Office
