Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate on recruitment process and employee relations
- Involvement in staff’s career planning and counseling
- Resolving grievances and advising BU head on any possible solution
- Oversight of vendors/partners of any sub-functions of HR which being outsourced
- Responsible in compensation include analyzing job duties, writing job descriptions, performing job evaluations and job analysis
- Prepare presentation for meetings
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act and other relevant statutory requirements
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents & regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory & statutory requirements
- Developing personnel policies and procedures, by maintaining the Human Resource Manual
- To ensure that the internal policies and programs conform to all laws that affect the workplace
- Develop training/appraisal program for overall organization improvement
- Implementing recruiting strategy
- Maintaining a secure work facility to protect the organization’s confidential information and property
- Supervise & manage the HR operations team
- Oversee the office administration
- To provide assistance and support to other workgroup
- To comply to all safety policies and company procedures
- Any other duty / task assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
- Preferably possess Bachelor's Degree in HR related field
- At least 10 years of working experience in related field
- Experience in managing all aspect of HR functions, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Proactive, organized & a good team player
