HRBP Manager (ER&IR)
 
A rapidly growing MNC in Bayan Lepas is looking for HRBP Manager (ER&IR) role to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to execute HR strategies and initiatives that boost employee performance while adhering to regulatory standards and compliance, ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services.
 
Main responsibilities of the HRBP Manager (ER&IR) role    
• Take charge of enhancing and refining global HR policies and procedures
• Ensure the efficient execution of policies and procedures, fostering staff involvement and adherence where necessary.
• Manage employee relations matters and inquiries
• Offer specialized guidance and direction to managers and HR counterparts at country offices concerning employee relations management aligning with pertinent local and global policies and regional labor regulations, collaborating with legal advisors as required.
• Provide support, mentorship, and counsel to managers for instilling a robust performance management ethos, alongside implementing effective policies and procedures to cultivate high-performance teams.
 
Key requirements  
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Background in Human Resources as a business partner or similar roles, particularly global HR.
• Profound comprehension of worldwide HR methodologies, employment legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Substantial track record of offering guidance to managers and leaders across different organizational tiers on various HR matters.
• Extensive experience handling employee relations scenarios, encompassing disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and instances of bullying and harassment.
• Sound familiarity with employment laws and best practices codes.
