Responsibilities:
- Handling inside sales activities from Inbound and Outbound calls for IT hardware industry
- Establish, nurture, and grow share of wallet with the account list as account manager and acquire
- new accounts
- Build future pipeline and comprehend customer buying power and trend
- Generate new and repeat order from account list by providing, determine customer requirements,
- needs and expectation in product information, up-selling, cross-selling, and solution selling
- Require supporting End to End sales process from qualifying, proposing, generating quotation,
- follow up with customers to close the deals, ensure customer received the order in timely manner
- and pleased with the products & services.
- Provide feedback on market competition, pricing and etc
- Work and communicate closely with stakeholders & team mate on daily basis to achieve sales
- activity and progress.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintains professionalism and technical knowledge. Example by attending product training,
coaching session, establishing personal networks and etc
Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience with min 2 years of inside sales account management.
- Experience in Inside Sales to business customers.
- Good understanding of IT Hardware Products.
- A self-motivated, positive & winning attitude.
- Result driven, high-energy level.
- Previous experience in Telesales or Inside sales within IT industry.
- Business communication in relevant language.
- Experience with CRM tools i.e Sales force etc.
- Understanding of account planning and prioritizing.
