JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for implementing, directing, and overseeing the internal auditing and compliance programs.
- Plan, organize and carry out the internal controls function including the preparation of an internal control manual and internal control plan
- Directs and appraises the activities of audit and compliance personnel
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent related field required.
- 5 years of hands-on independent problem-solving, project management, and analysis experience in the finance, accounting, or auditing areas
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Professional qualification CPA/ CFA/ CMA/ CIA
- Detailed understanding of and experience in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Willing to work in Kulim, Kedah
