JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To implement company rules & disciplinary matters to enhance better teamwork.
- To handle employee relations including grievances and driving ER and improving employee engagement.
- To investigate complain/misconduct/abscondment of employees, prepare report and take proper disciplinary action in line with company policy.
- To organize and execute plant wide communication sessions and employees engagement program.
- To provide counselling or act as behavioural counsellor as and when necessary.
- Provide leadership in handling disciplinary related matters, counselling and any other employee issues.
- Develop, initiate programs to enhance employees’ well-being, enhancing teamwork and ensuring a healthy and conducive working environment.
- Present employees’ feedback as per needs and recommend counter-measures for improvement areas that help in retention of employees.
- Develop and implement employee wellness program; provide educational workshops and training for employees on safety and wellness
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and the Industrial Norms in relation to discipline management is a great advantage.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, proposed HR actions and implement recommendations in support of company’s goals & objectives.
- Fresh graduates or at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
