Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting application and project management
- Collaborate with end-users, managers, and stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements related to Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Customer Engagement
- Provide level 2 support and administration the IT applications
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
- Ad hoc task assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Looking for a hands-on individual for a newly setup company
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Leadership, good analytical, time management, problem solving and good communication skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Online services is an added advantage
- Plus, to have experience in ERP, SQL, Office 365, Azure, PowerBI, Power platforms, Sharepoint etc
- Added advantage with exposure to Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, Customer Engagement)
- Willing to work in Penang Science Park / Batu Kawan
- Willing to travel overseas for trainings and for exposure
- Good to have exposure to brownfield and greenfield in the IT team setup.
