Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via email and live chat.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and assist with basic troubleshooting.
  • Escalate urgent issues.
  • Direct calls to the right department and follow standard procedures for documenting customer interactions.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction based on client's guidelines.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Local Taiwanese with JLPT N1-N2
  • Open to any nationality with JLPT N1 that willing to relocate to Taiwan.
