Japanese Speaking Personal Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide translation and interpretation support between Japanese and English language.
• Provide administrative/secretarial support to Japanese Director – travel arrangements, appointment scheduling and drafting of correspondences emails.  
• Assist Japanese Director in business-related matters for local business.
• Business trip with Director to visit the site (Port), however it is not required to drive for yourself 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Able to speak, read and write Japanese, English and Malay 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
