MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Industry: Manufacturing of electrical and electronics
- Job Description
• Reply to customer inquiry on daily basis.
• Daily review & coordinate with Planner to meet customer requirement date & satisfaction.
• Liaise directly with Japan Sales division for any issue or delivery problem on daily basis.
• Issuance of Japan PO order to Senai on weekly basis.
• Coordinating & communication with other department if necessary to expedite delivery or any inquiry from customer.
• Maintain a good relationship with sales & customer for better customer service.
• As a representative between Japan & Senai factory communication especially on delivery issue, customer inquire, etc.
• Initiate any improvement or changes when necessary to improve productivity & efficiency.
• Review the suitability of company's Quality and Environmental Management System and ensure the requirement of ISO9001,ISO14001 and ISO 13485 are being practiced and implemented.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in any field.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
- Preferably Executive who specialized in customer service in manufacturing electronic sector.
- Excellent in communication skills and team spirit.
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 & above).
- Fundamental computer knowledge- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in order to analyse facts and figures.
