JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review design plans and specifications to ensure compliance with mechanical and electrical requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate the installation of M&E systems.
- Create or review RFIs produced by MEP subcontractors before submitting to client or designer.
- Assist in the procurement process by selecting vendors for mechanical and electrical equipment.
- To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors in the process to achieve smooth completion of projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Construction industry
- Should possess a minimum qualification of Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or Architecture or equivalent qualification
- Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
- Able to work under stress and complete tasks within set deadlines
