JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare mechanical & electrical LV design
-
Design layouts with proper compartmentalization
-
Prepares Bill of Material (BOM) with prices
-
Knowledge of power supply - Essential supply and distribution including single and 3-phase distribution, and Gen-set supply

Knowledge of Structured Cabling, Cabling closet, cabling main and sub-distribution, Termination of trunks, MDF, SDF, fibre-optics and relevant termination
-
Environment Control - HVAC, knowledge and concepts of ventilation
-
Fire Protection – knowledge of fire protection (heat / fire detector, monitoring and alarm system) and protection (gas, powder form, etc)
-
Security – concept of access to restricted zone, meet-me-room, mantraps
-
Monitoring - building monitoring system for heat light and power |
