Job Responsibilities:
  • Take a technical lead in the pre-sales process, collaborating closely with sales account managers.
  • Promote and sell Fixed Industrial Scanners and Machine Vision systems to assigned partners, end-user accounts, or territories.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies with the account manager for designated accounts or territories, providing valuable input.
  • Build and nurture strong technical relationships with key customer contacts, utilizing this network to the advantage of the organization.
  • Create and deliver high-impact sales presentations and product training sessions to showcase the capabilities of Machine Vision solutions.
  • Independently develop and implement sales strategies specifically tailored for machine vision products, services, and solutions.
  • Utilize advanced domain and solutions knowledge to gain a competitive advantage in the market.
  • Adapt and innovate sales strategies to address unique customer needs, fostering lasting partnerships.
  • Take a leadership role in the development of colleagues, offering guidance and input to enhance team performance.
  • Provide valuable input to the development of policies and practices within the sales engineering domain.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in related technical roles, such as Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solution Architect, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with Machine Vision-related products.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as business dictates, covering the Central region.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage advanced domain and solutions knowledge for a competitive advantage.
  • Proven track record of developing and adapting advanced sales strategies to meet unique customer needs, resulting in successful partnerships.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring others in their professional development.
  • Strong input and contribution to the development of policies and practices within the sales engineering domain.
