Well-known company with more than 80 retail chain is looking for Maintenance Manager that can lead the maintenance operations across all retail outlets, maintaining high standards of operation activities, optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs), addressing urgent operational issues, and ensuring that all maintenance strategies align with the financial goals.
Job Responsibilities :
Ensure that all maintenance-related business-as-usual operations are conducted efficiently and accurately according to SOPs.
Regularly examine and refine current maintenance SOPs to adapt to new technologies and challenges and improve efficiency.
Handle unexpected maintenance issues, provide immediate solutions to avoid operational disruptions, and implement long-term strategies to prevent recurrence.
Manage and analyze maintenance costs as reflected in the profit and loss (P&L) statements to ensure cost-effectiveness of the maintenance operations.
Plan effective measures to optimize machine uptime and response times, as well as manage labour and spare parts costs.
Job Requirements:
Hold a diploma or above (Technical degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field is preferred)
Proven track record in maintenance management, preferably in a retail or service industry with multiple locations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and adeptness in managing crisis situations.
Financial literacy with experience in managing budgets and reducing costs.
