Our client is a MNC medical device with manufacturing plant in Johor Bahru.
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of the plant in Johor Bahru.
This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in the medical device manufacturing industry and a proven track record in factory management.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the business, including production, quality control, customer relationship, finance, supply chain, and human resources.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, preferably with MBA.
Prefer candidates with experience in plastic injection moulding medical device productions.
