Main responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist role
- Verifying attendance and recording overtime for all personnel prior to monthly payroll processing.
- Handling monthly payroll for both direct, indirect, and white-collar employees.
- Conducting monthly reconciliation of payroll information.
- Supervising salary frameworks and aligning staffing requirements with cost management strategies.
- Estimating budgets for salary increments.
- Managing the payroll and Time Management procedures.
- Determining labor and overhead costs.
Key requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
