Our client is currently seeking a Process Improvement Engineering (PIE) Asst Manager to join their esteemed organization.
Job Descriptions
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to optimize productivity and reduce cost/waste.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for process issues.
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and maintain process documentation, FMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
Support in capacity planning, equipment layout, and manpower management.
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering or related field.
Min 5 years in Process Engineering or manufacturing environment.
Prior involvement in large-scale process improvement or automation projects is preferred.
Ability to interpret Engineering design documents (schematics, drawings).
Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc).
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks) and process simulation tools.
