Job Descriptions
- Lead the Quality Department and ensure that all operations meet and exceed customer quality requirements.
- Build and develop a strong Quality and Reliability organization through training, retention, and development.
- Ensure compliance with QMS (ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements and engages customers on quality issues (8D, PCAR, Audits and etc).
- Lead and monitor product quality performance, prepare periodic reports, and oversee the generation and implementation of quality plans, procedures, and work instructions.
- conducting failure analysis, driving corrective actions, and promoting continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality management role, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Proven experience in customer engagement, handling quality issues, implementing quality plans, and managing audits (e.g., 8D, PCAR).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and develop a high-performing quality team.
