ABOUT THE JOB
You will play a crucial role as a Pre-Sales Engineer, providing technical support, designing product solutions, and interacting with clients
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support for various company products, specializing in WAN & LAN networking and CCTV solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Develop competitive technical solutions based on client requirements.
Prepare technical proposals and presentations for clients, including heatmaps and bills of materials
Understand and identify client requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure solutions align with client needs.
Conduct product demonstrations for clients and proof of concepts (POCs)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor degree in IT or any related field
Proficiency in WAN & LAN networking products
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin
