Responsibilities
- Improve, implement and maintain production system to deliver product on time, with quality and cost effective
- Dive continuous improvement activities
- Coordinate activities - technical development, scheduling and resolving engineering design and issues
- Coach, train, develop staff reporting to
- Collaborate with customers and team members to ensure same understanding and meeting product and development needs
- Ad hoc task assigned by superior
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Preferably 5 year(s) of working experience in metal fabrication manufacturing (CNC, sheet metal, machining)
- Having supervisory work experience
