Job Descriptions
Assist Senior/ Production Executive in monitoring the overall production line performance.
Responsible for daily production target achievement.
To lead and motivate a group of production leaders, technician, MH, clerk, Manufacturing Specialist and operators to meet manufacturing goals.
To ensure that manpower is properly utilized and controlled to minimize bottlenecks in the production lines through constant monitoring of production planning.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronic, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
At least 10 years of experience in Production Manufacturing with at least 5 years in leadership roles with a track record of success in optimizing production processes and leading teams.
Strong decisionmaking and people management skills
