JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the procurement of goods, materials, components, or services to meet the operational requirements of the company, considering factors such as cost, quality, and timely delivery, while ensuring a consistent supply chain.
- Proficient in purchasing practices, skilled in negotiations, understanding of commercial leases, basic knowledge of accounting and taxation, and ability for cost breakdown.
- Experience in collaborating closely with suppliers.
- Ability to contribute value, reduce costs, and actively participate in business improvements.
- Responsibilities include procurement of ATM and associated assets (UPS, VSAT, CCTV, etc.), complete site interiors (TIS), branding, signages, network, IT, admin, repairs and maintenance (R&M), annual maintenance contracts (AMC), warehousing, asset disposal, and handling the entire P2P cycle from purchase requisitions to payment release.
- Ability to oversee procurement activities across multiple countries.
- Expertise in contract management, vendor performance evaluation, project management, and TCO-based capex procurement, contributing to company profitability and EBITDA.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree holder.
- 8 – 12 years similar working experience and technical expertise.
- Preferred industries: ATM machines / Telecom industry (Added advantage)
- Computer literate with advanced Excel skills.
- Capable of managing a team of 5 individuals.
