Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage existing accounts and continuously update sales pipelines.
- Qualify and update the CRM database by assessing potential leads.
- Identify and establish new accounts through the identification of potential customers and the planning of sales call schedules.
- Build relationships with current and potential customers, understanding their key requirements.
- Support the Team Leader in executing marketing campaigns, lead generation, and management.
- Present product and technical information to both potential and existing customers.
- Actively drive and manage project pipelines.
- Play a crucial role in the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, collaborating with the technical support team.
- Become a proficient technical advisor and advocate for company's products.
- Effectively communicate regulatory compliance requirements and applications, showcasing company's market leadership and expertise.
- Engage with customers' engineering teams to illustrate the value propositions of the products.
- Represent the products at field events such as conferences and seminars.
- Develop customer staff through the provision of technical information and training.
- Conduct negotiations to secure win-win agreements with customers.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Chemical / Chemical Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years’ experience in working with SI/SF channel
- Knowledge on Control Instrumentation System (sensors, transmitters)
- Knowledge on Data communication protocol (fieldbus, TCP/IP, Analog & Digital output signals)
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a Technical sales Environment
