The group company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia that owns oil palm plantations in Indonesia is looking for a mill manager to manage their palm oil mill's operation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, monitor and continuously improve the palm oil mill's operation and business
- Ensure the efficiency of palm oil mill and accuracy of reported information
- Supervise and monitor the team, ensuring timely delivery of work
- Ensure daily production targets are met, and continuously monitor and improve production yields
- Plan and monitor maintenance and upgrade projects of mill
- Maintain active communication with senior management, and update on mill performance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience in palm oil mill operations
- Possess 1st/2nd Grade Steam Engineers Certificate of Competency
- Knowledge of RSPO/MSPO and any other palm oil-related certification will be an added advantage
- Display strong leadership ability and must possess excellent inter-personal skills
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and willing to be stationed in Indonesia
