PRODUCTION ( ROLLING ) TECHNICIAN

 

Objectives

To ensure assigned machines utilization % achieve ABOVE 80% target To achieve zero NCR target. Maximum not more than 10 NCR per year To ensure assigned machines productivity % achieve ABOVE 90%.

Principal duties

To Handle Minimum 10 machines Accurately complete manufacturing orders given Meet dimensions according to drawings to fulfill quality standards. Trouble shoot problems on machine to meet quality and productivity. Follow the approved quality practices of Unisteel quality management system. Handling products, machines and equipment according to established producers. Maintain good 5S practices.
