Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities in accordance with approved timelines and milestones.
- Review and validate technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for new or ongoing projects.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Support troubleshooting activities and perform root cause analysis for technical or quality issues.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with 5S, EHS, ISO standards, company procedures, and customer requirements.
- Provide technical consultation to customers and travel to customer sites when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Min 2–5 years of experience in project engineering, manufacturing, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel when required.
