JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- To implement project planning with various customers milestones according to PME project Life cycles procedures
- To coordinate & have regular weekly meetings with Project team members to follow-up for the overall project activities
- Work closely with project controller & sales team and discuss with the team for improvements
- To involve in Design to cost activities with R/D for KPI improvements
- To involve in project management Audits & update all the project related documents
- To achieve/improve project KPI’s for project profitability
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in any technical field with at least 3 years working experience as Project manager / Leader or project Engineer in related field
- Added advantage if experience is related to Automotive Industry as well as handling projects with customers like Honda, Suzuki, Mazda, Ford, Isuzu, Honda, GM & Vinfast
- Good command of English in both spoken and written
- Good communication & Leadership skills
- Ability to be independent & self-initiative approach to succeed in tasks assigned.
- Ability to perform all the actions in short timings & close follow-ups with the team
