Our client is a leading fashion retailer in Malaysia. Currently they are looking to expand their retail outlets and looking for a Property Manager who is experienced in site acquisition and leasing matters for retail shoplots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site acquisition and retail development
- Expansion of retail store outlets (shoplots)
- Handling leasing matters and contract negotiation with landlord
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in retail leasing.
- Familiar with site acquisition (retail shoplots) and leasing/tenancy matters.
- Negotiation with the landlord on the renewals, closure, change of ownership, operational matters.
- Liaise with landlords, legal firms/solicitors regarding negotiations/agreements and payments update.
