Job Descriptions
- Be clear of customer requirement and conduct to relevant people in the company.
- Responsible for Supplier quality audit, qualification and management, achieve mutual benefits with supplier
- Responsible on quality control on new project development to ensure customer requirement fulfilled.
- Responsible for IQC, process and product quality assure and improvement.
- Ensure customer complaint is handled on time and follow up with the action status.
- Responsible the quality metric statistic and analysis, and push relevant depts.
- Provide training to employee on quality awareness and tools
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major at mechanical preferred.
- At least 5 years working experience in quality engineering function
- Required skill(s): Minitab, 8D report writing.
- Knowledge in QC core tools, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF16949 Quality Management system, PPAP, FAI, CPK, MSA, FMEA and control plan is essential.
- Able to comprehend and interpret part drawings and technical instructions.
