JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes and manages local laboratory for reliability test on new and existing product model
- In-charge for the entire development of new product, including process design from concept step to mass production
- Handles field test for new product model
- Plans for product quality control and upgrades SOP
- Prepares and deploys installation guideline
- Upgrades and enhances system data structure for installation, after-sales service (AS) and product exchange (PEX) according to HQ guideline
- Analyses AS and PEX data to find out issue and plan for solution to minimize failure rate
- Inspects and approves sample product and supplier production quality for Homecare products
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- 6-8 years of working experience in the manufacturing of finished product, including minimum 2 years of managerial experience

Experience in research and development of consumer electronics (e.g. home appliances/ air-conditioner/ refrigerator) is an added advantage

Able to analyse water quality and evaluate water system for WQA/NSF Certification

Good in 3D CAD tool, e.g CATIA

Knowledgeable in refrigerating engineering is an added advantage
- Willing to travel when required
