As a Consultant, you will act as a strategic hiring advisor, ensuring strong service delivery, market insights, and stakeholder alignment.
Recruitment & Delivery
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and presenting suitable candidates.
Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit tailored to corporations’ requirements.
Deliver high‑quality shortlists and provide hiring recommendations to clients.
Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure positive experience and long‑term engagement.
Consistently maintain a high level of performance as a top biller, contributing directly to team and company revenue objectives.
Client Management
Serve as a trusted partner to HR leaders and hiring, understanding their hiring needs, timelines, and workforce planning.
Manage communication and expectations effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
Ensure outstanding customer service and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Strengthen existing client relationships to secure repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new and existing companies expanding or hiring in Malaysia/APAC.
Conduct market research to map industry trends, talent availability, and competitive insights.
Prepare and deliver proposals, capability presentations, and recruitment solutions tailored to client needs.
Internal Collaboration & Contribution
Support team initiatives and share market intelligence to enhance overall performance.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records within the internal database/ATS.
Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a strong sense of accountability.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in recruitment or commercial sales roles.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing commercial environment.
Strong command of English (spoken and written); ability to communicate credibly with senior stakeholders, candidate communication and internal collaboration.
Proficiency in Mandarin and Malay or other languages is an added advantage.
Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, especially within cross-cultural environments.
Knowledge of business environments, corporate structures, and global hiring practices.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
