Job Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to Regional Human Resource units.

  • Coordinate and facilitate Human Resources advocacy, support and services to the Business and to effectively manage the Human Resource operations for the region.

  • Drive operational HR and responsible to develop a mid and long term HR service delivery roadmap and key strategies to support the Region and Division’s mission and objectives.

  • Responsible for the people related intervention of the affected Region.

  • Oversee and manage the HR operations in ways consistent with its short-medium-long term goals and performance targets.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in dealing with operational HR and business landscape

  • Exposed and experienced in managing a HR unit

  • Exposed and experienced in managing HR project will be an added advantage

  • Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration/any relevant discipline.

  • Minimum 7 years working experience in HR environment with at least 3-5 years holding managerial/management position.

  • WILLING TO BASE IN SIMPANG RENGGAM, JOHOR

  • ACCOMODDATION PROVIDED
