JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of local customers’ order processing.
- Prepare and release Invoices, Delivery Order, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Collection Note with authorized signatory.
- Issue shipment documents (Shipment Instruction) and slitting job sheets.
- Pepare courier documentation for samples & Proforma Invoices to customers.
- Liaise with sales and warehouse department to ensure that all materials are delivered on time.
- Checking sufficient stock available for invoice conversion in inventory system.
- Take orders from customers through telephone when necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Sales Admin/Sales Support or equivalent.
- Working experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
