Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by managing existing customers and actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and complete tasks with timely reporting.
- Participate in weekly meetings and monthly meetings at KL office (Penang staff travel required).
- Maintain strong customer relationships across OEM and Aftermarket segments (factories, dealers, distributors, workshops, hardware shops).
- Adapt to evolving sales strategies and contribute to company revenue through proactive engagement.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales (fresh graduates will be considered).
- Own a car and willing to travel/outstation as needed.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
