Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to manage stock levels.
- Track and update order status, providing regular updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
- Generate and distribute sales contracts, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication within the sales team and with external partners.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
