- Drive and build sales through planning of annual sales plan of assigned territories.
- Train and support distributors on product applications and implement strategies on business expansion plans.
- Provide leadership & guidance to the sales team to achieve growth & profitability.
- Pursue sales leads, promotes products, conclude orders and arranges internal sales logistics.
- Monitor and keep abreast of ground market information of the business, market and competitive activities.
- Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering.
- At least 10 years of industrial sales experience & expereince in managing distributors.
- 5 years of experience in leading sales team.
- Good personality & strong communication skills.
- Own car and willing to travel.
