A leading Multinational Corporation (MNC) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts and drive the growth of the chemical and industrial products trading business across domestic and international markets
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for executing sales and marketing activities, maintaining existing business relationships, and developing trading opportunities for chemical and industrial products across domestic, export, import, and offshore markets
Lead initiatives to promote and develop new business ventures, contributing to the establishment of new revenue streams
Cultivate and sustain strong communication and relationships with suppliers, customers, overseas offices, stakeholders, and forwarders, while demonstrating effective negotiation skills
Provide support in organizational management, strategic planning, and human resource development within the division
Ensure compliance with internal regulations and company policies, including timely submission of required reports
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience in export, import, and offshore trading, preferably with at least 5 years of experience within the chemical or plastic industries
Skilled in collaborating and negotiating with suppliers, customers, and forwarders
Demonstrates high commitment and responsibility in achieving assigned objectives
Reliable, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently
Able to perform under pressure and manage stress effectively
Possesses a strong sense of ethics, a mature and confident demeanor, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills
