A leading Multinational Corporation (MNC) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts and drive the growth of the chemical and industrial products trading business across domestic and international markets
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing sales and marketing activities, maintaining existing business relationships, and developing trading opportunities for chemical and industrial products across domestic, export, import, and offshore markets
- Lead initiatives to promote and develop new business ventures, contributing to the establishment of new revenue streams
- Cultivate and sustain strong communication and relationships with suppliers, customers, overseas offices, stakeholders, and forwarders, while demonstrating effective negotiation skills
- Provide support in organizational management, strategic planning, and human resource development within the division
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and company policies, including timely submission of required reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in export, import, and offshore trading, preferably with at least 5 years of experience within the chemical or plastic industries
- Skilled in collaborating and negotiating with suppliers, customers, and forwarders
- Demonstrates high commitment and responsibility in achieving assigned objectives
- Reliable, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently
- Able to perform under pressure and manage stress effectively
- Possesses a strong sense of ethics, a mature and confident demeanor, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills
