Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts to meet company goals and expand the product portfolio.
- Create and execute annual trade marketing and promotion plans for key retailer accounts aligned with brand strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with chain pharmacy contacts.
- Collect and assess market and competitor data to understand market position and identify threats.
- Analyze monthly performance against targets, taking immediate action in case of deviations.
- Meet sales objectives, provide market intelligence, and implement marketing activities effectively as directed by management.
Requirements
- SPM holder and above.
- Preferably 2 years' experience in consumer healthcare industry or equivalent.
- Experience in managing chain pharmacy accounts will be an added advantage.
- Positive, proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, a dynamic team player and multi-tasker.
