An established EMS company in Penang, seeking talented individuals for Senior Planner with leadership skills to lead the planning team.
Job Responsibilities
Main driver for SMT leveling projects.
Leads SMT Planning and Scheduling group.
Monthly SMT Capacity Planning and execution.
Follow up on the daily SMT production output.
Track stock level of inventory/ semi completed/ holding in WIP/ staging area.
Prepare daily report required from time to time. (e.g: production tracking report).
Coordination to solve problems that related to SMT planning.
Take lead and initiate for process improvement.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in production planning for SMT line
At least Diploma, in relevant field
Experience in leading planning team
