JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To monitor overall product quality from raw material, production processes to finished product.
To ensure good quality products as per customer requirement.
To conduct investigations on quality issues and coordinate on corrective actions.
To execute and ensure the proper implementation of Quality Management System (QMS).
To participate in customers’ audits as well as third party certification audits (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL etc.).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent.
Preferably with 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control roles in Food Manufacturing industry.
Experience in overseeing food products and processes quality in compliance to Food Safety Standards (i.e. HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000).
