JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of Sales and Business Development for Southern Malaysia and Singapore Region.
- To plan and execute business marketing plans & strategy to achieve sales targets.
- To develop innovative marketing programs and show event campaigns.
- To ensure efficient territory management and coverage.
- To initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new customers.
- To provide in-depth market analysis and positioning.
- To manage relationship with the distributors and expand distributors network.
- To monitor sales performance of distributors / agents and project sales.
- To provide training and lead sales activities of distributors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering (i.e. Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering etc.).
- Possesses strong experiences and knowledge in industrial tools and equipment.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales or Distribution Management experience in industrial product / services.
- Looking for candidate who are highly motivated and ability to work independently.
- Able and willing to travel between Southern Malaysia and Singapore.
